Yes. Please check for any problems such as screen freeze, lag, choppy audio, low audio, via watching the promotional video.
The livestream does not work.
⁃ Check your Wi-Fi or internet connection status. Check your internet speed by going to www.speedtest.net You should have a minimum of 5Mbps download speed to view the stream in HD
⁃ Refresh the page (PC: Shift-Control-F5 or Mac: Shift-Command-R)
⁃ Turn off your VPN if active.
⁃ If reloading the page does not solve the issue, please restart your device.
⁃ If you are connecting from the company terminal, please try reconnecting from a private terminal.
